Juvenile fish of Sevan trout released into natural environment
4500 gegharkuni (Salmo ischchan gegarkuni) weighing 3-5g and 1000 summer bakhtak (Salmo ischchan aestivalis) (8-10g) were released into natural environment - Martuni river - by “Global Eco” environmental NGO.
Five grant projects approved
Today, the National Steering Committee of the Global Environment Facility's (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) in Armenia approved four grant projects within GEF funding and one project within the EU-NGOs project on Strengthening Environmental Governance by Building the Capacity of Non-Governmental Organizations.
